Crystal Springs Stables shall not be liable for, and is hereby released from, liability with respect to any injury, disease or death resulting from breeding or boarding. Crystal Springs Stables reserves the right to reject any mare physically unfit; and to have a veterinarian give medical attention as deemed necessary. • All charges for boarded and breeding horses including, but not limited to, veterinarian, farriers, board, are to be paid monthly on or before the 15th day of the succeeding month. • Stud fee is due and payable within 30 days after mare has a live foal, standing and nursing, or when mare changes ownership, whichever comes first.
